Preparing to Attend ACS Fall 2025

1. Register for ACS Fall 2025.
2. After you register, complete the visa application process.ÌýPresenters can download a personalized visa letter inÌýÌýafter abstract acceptance. If you areÌýnotÌýa presenter, ACS will not be able to provide a personalized letter—please contactÌýservice@acs.orgÌýif you have questions.
3. Plan your travelÌýto Washington, DC.
4. Book your hotel accomodations.
5. Prepare for ACS Fall 2025 with ourÌýAttendee Resources.

Registration Tips

• To save money and assure you receive proper accommodations, we strongly recommend completing your hotel reservations and registering for the meeting through ACS before theÌýregistration deadlines.
• All attendees, including speakers and poster presenters, must register for the meeting in order to participate in the technical sessions or the Expo.
• Attendees must display their badge at all times to be admitted to all official ACS sessions and events.

If your travel plans change or you are unable to the ACS Fall 2025 Meeting in person, you may choose to attend the ACS Fall 2025 Digital Meeting as it will allow you to join selected programming and interact with participants online.Ìý
