Scentini Beagles are Rob and Leah Santini
from Chillicothe, Illinois. We originally from
Southern California but moved to
Illinois in 2000 when we decided we wanted a
family and be closer to grandparents.
Leah has a long history of ;being in dogs
showed in Junior Showmanship and helped
and showing and raising her parents'
bassetts and cockers She also helped her
dad with other breeds he was showing at the
time.
After college she met Rob, introduced him to
the world of dogs and we bought our first
showdog from Julie Wright of Just
Wright Beagles. ScentiniBeagles was
thus established in 1995.
Since then we both have been dedicated to
the hounds. Our goal is to continue to
improve the breed's conformation and
continue to strictly maintain the breed's
health and undeniable pleasing temperment.
We truly enjoy the sport of dogs, not only
the competition, but socializing with all the
breeders who love this breed.
